About Us

Peter Holman has been in the mortgage industry since 1989 and has won numerous industry awards for the service he provides. Having worked for banks, non-banks and broker groups Peter understands all facets of home lending. He really enjoys speaking with his clients and assisting them with their lending needs. Being approachable and professional, Pete will always get the best outcome for you.

Pete is also a sports fanatic and still runs around (albeit slower these days!) playing soccer and cricket. He also spends his spare time following the fortunes of North Melbourne in the AFL and Tranmere Rovers in the UK.

Karl Melcheck has been in the mortgage industry since 1986 and is considered an expert in all things property investment having spent most of his working life involved in this sector. There isn't much Karl doesn't know about Investment Properties and financing them correctly. Karl also prides himself on the service he provides his clients and being available to speak with you.

Karl is also a sports fanatic and still runs around (slower than Pete!) playing soccer as well as enjoying walks with the local walking club.
